Functional range conditioning is a system for developing and training strength and useful mobility at progressively greater ranges of motion. This system utilizes the time tested and well studied principles of irradiation, joint dissociation, and progressive adaptation to rapidly acquire greater functional mobility while training the body to develop confidence and control in ranges of motion often not trained, and therefore, prone to cause injury. In this way, this system uniquely prepares the body for the demands of daily life as well as sport.
